@jc.. yeah, it's going to difficult to comment coz of the agreement. It took me 4.5 hrs to download the 5.63GB file from Apple. Done installing but haven't really used it. I installed couple of updates. EDIT: Just got an email, they'll ship pala the pre-release DVD copy..
Can't you just leave your Mac turned ON, "go to the bathroom", and a handful of us would "just happen to pass by", and by the time you "got out of the bathroom", we're already gone? Catch my drift? Just kidding, antz88c. Good luck with the testing. Question: Do you have to pay anything for the shipping or do they take care of everything? Question 2: Do you get a free copy of the release version as a token of gratitude? Aside from the joy of fiddling with a new program/OS while the rest of Apple fandom waits with bated breath, what are the other perks/goodies folks like you enjoy?
Been testing since this morning. International shipping is by DHL and according to the email it will take a week or more to arrive. There was no mention that 'testers' will get a free release version. I am using my MBP 2.16 GHz 250 GB 2GB for this but I also made a copy on an external drive so I can use 10.6 my MB 2.4 GHz 500GB 4GB. Submitted some feedbacks already re bluetooth connection, I will now keep my mouth shut.

So what else is in the package aside from the DVD, antz88c? A written letter from Steve Jobs? (the one telling you how he will hurt you in so many ways should you leak stuff about Snow Leopard, hehehe...) So out of 30,000+ PhilMUG members, we only have one AppleSeeder here? :slanted:
@johannes, only the Install DVD. been using 10.6 since Feb 14 (on MBP 2.16 GHz) and when i use my 10.5.6 (MB 2.4GHz) I am looking for something that we will all love when 10.6 is released.. and what is that, again will just keep quiet
interesting.... may i request from anyone who has a spare invite? would like to contribute in this tests.
antz, how long did you wait for the DVD? I received the email that says Apple will send me a DVD last Feb 16 but I still don't have it until now.
