Globe's My Best Ever Super Plan 598 Unlimited Surfing

Question on globe data plans - if i put a data sim on an iphone para maka-waze and online games and wifi sharing pa rin, given the sim's number, can i call the number by voice through the iphone? Will there be charges if ever? Thanks

applied last 30-JULY and FINALLY delivered my PLAN 499 with unlisurf of 999PV = PLAN 598 today.

can anyone try to insert a globe lte postpaid sim in a mifi or usb modem device? my sim, my mom's and friend's lte sim can not be detected to a huawei mifi or dongle. tia.

 

You are inserting a nanosim with an adapter I assume? I got my nanosim to work with my blackberry by aligning the gold face of the sim to the reader of the phone. Maybe the adapter isn't aligned well enough.

Am using my Globe LTE sim with a Huawei e392. I've been able to get LTE signals in my parents' house. Am using a Nano SIM to Regular SIM adaptor. Bought it for 150 in Greenhills.

 

If you have time, can you try it on a non lte huawei device? (if you have one). tia

 

Hi guys, am planning to get the Best Ever Superplan 598, which BGCs actually allow us to get this plan? Per my backreading, Trinoma BGC did not allow the plan? Anyone try getting this plan from Powerplant or Megamall BGC? Thank!

 

I applied online and waited 2 weeks for sim delivery, then told them to stuff it. Went with smart instead. Sucks as well but likely not as much as globe.

 

I was able to get Powerplant GBC to acknowledge the existence of the said plan 598 last month.

 

Ordered an LTE-ready sim with the Plan 598 via their 730-1000 line. No arguments from the rep on the line. Ordered it on a Monday & got it via a messenger on Thursday. Line was active by Friday morning.

 

I've tried mine on huawei e303 (non lte usb modem). It works fine.

 

Tried to get a 598 plan via Powerplant GBC but was rejected. The rep kept on insisting that it is impossible to get such plan 598 under plan 499 since the peso value is just not enough.

Didn't wanna argue anymore so I ended up getting plan 598 from Globe Hotline, whose sales rep quickly processed my application. Now waiting for approval and subsequent delivery. Hope it doesn't take too long.

 

Quick question guys, can I make my unlisurf 999 to this 598 plan? Still on contract.

 

Is your unlisurf 999 a data plan for the iPad? If it is, you may not be able to switch as My Super Plan is actually for mobile phones. Guys have just been able to "game" the system so it can be used as a lower-cost unli data plan.

 

Sorry. But my plan is the one under iPhone 5.
