Yeah. I felt this too. Kala ko nagloloko lang phone ko. It says LTE but the speed is so slow.

The weird thing is I'd this multiple times noon. Tas talagang mabagal siya. I ended up just reading an ebook nalang kasi walang Internet. Hehe

Meaning neto on top talaga un 501.

    Hi Sir Fervish,

From what I understand, ABS will really be on top but it will consume all your consumables first. According to your statement, the 501 was charged on top but it also ate up your remaining consumables. It would be better if we are charged on top but still having our consumables for calls/text/roaming.

I checked my bill and my consumables were consumed despite not having made any calls/text. My plan was for internet usage only.

I just want to clarify and confirm this info. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That's good then. My bill last Nov-Dec was my 601 was not used. As per checking my international texts was 102. I have yet to see my Dec-Jan. My cut off is on 17th.

Then i stand corrected on this. Hopefully, the system is really being upgraded in a good way. As per @akosiraff post, his consumable is being used up too. Well then that confirms it. Hopefully all will be having the same computation. Thanks buddy!

If consumables are also being used for data, then Globe should revise their billing that maximum of 1500 will be charge for data.

1500 = GoSurf subscription + consumables for data + on top billable data charges

That's what I understood regarding data ABS/consumables too; that's also what happened in my November bill (although my consumable is only 1 peso at that time). I'm not against it, but what they should do is prioritize the consumables for calls and text first before data, because what's currently happening is the other way around. I had some texts to other networks, but the consumable was used for mobile internet instead, even if I already had the 501 peso ABS.

Does this mean aside from the 501 abs, your consumable is being used to pay for data consumed over the 5gb cap? Which means your paying more than 1,500 pesos for data?

now Globe isn't being very truthful in its SMS warnings. i got a text that said "You can continue to browse at normal speed...", but when I look at my bandwidth monitor - my speed never goes beyond 25kB/s. so even though the text says i can browse at normal speed, in reality i'm already capped at 25kb/s. first it was a case of false advertising, now even their text notification is lying.

one thing i noticed that's better than last year's capping is that it seems they've increased the capped speed from 15kB/s to 25kB/s. 25 is a little more usable but still can't load websites with a lot of thumbnails. 25 is only usable for forums like PhilMUG.

    screw Globe. seriously.

Request nalang for Bill Adjustment.

Tsk

    Palpak talaga globe.

With these reports, good thing Globe inadvertently subscribed me to their old unlisurf 999 when I recontracted last November and I didn't switch when they lured me to transfer to GoSurf even with a 10gb monthly limit.

Billing has always been Globe's issue.

This is over charging. Clearly ever since their billing system is not well refined. I have yet to see my bill after the 17th.

Blatant cheating. Or is it part of the fine details nibody care to read? Based on what has been officially anniunced here, it is just 501 on top of the 999. Nobody from globe mentioned that it will eat up the consumable first or did i miss it?
