Globe plans and other Globe concerns

    our company renewed last year using Business Boost 2.0 1799 with AllNet/Landline Calls / AllNet Sms / 60GB Data / Duo number

    I just didnt avail the handset amortization as I use my personal unit :D

    Btw I was told that unli all net calls include landline except for special landline numbers like jolibee, mcdo etc.

    yes this is unlimited also to ph landlines.

    not sure about the improvements on mobile data though

    Yes, this is unlimited calls and texts to all mentioned.

    Nothing to note in the mobile data packs as far as I know

    So my bill was released today and surprise surprise, I was charged with both the old Unli calls to globe/TM unli allnetwork texts and the new Unli all net calls & texts. I updated to the new one via the globeone app and then this. Bummer.

    Another round of send us your concern requests. hay

    I applied for the 599.00 plan with unlicall to all networks, got my sim yesterday, got activated last night, and the first call i got this morning was from converge looking for a miss virginia who owes them subscription fees. This is what i hate about postpaid lines. Recycled most of the time, and bad luck for you if you got one a sim whose previous whose left many unpaid debts.

    I can relate. I got an additional line too just last week. The number given to me was a recycled one. Receiving several calls and text regarding unpaid debts, including threats being sued. I made a request via globeone app for a change of number without fees as it’s Globe’s policy ti give new customers new product without any issues or whatsoever.

    Update: My billing issues will have been resolved. The excess charges will be deducted in my next billing statement. phew.:whistle:

    Is anyone here having the same issues as I am when redeeming the free 6 month Amazon Prime Video subscription? I renewed my plan but did not get the activation link. Tried sending APV YES to 8080 but it's giving me an error message saying I have already claimed my Amazon Prime video 6 month access.

    I think I had the same problem when I got my phone 1 year ago. Went thru a couple of continuous follows via phone calls with globe reps, & they said they'll bring it to higher ups. I noticed too that you also have to use an Philippines apple ID, coz when I used my original apple id which was a US account, it didn't somehow work. So I don't know if it worked because of that. or if Globe fixed it on their end. One good thing that came out of it though is that I somehow still get to watch APV w/o being charged by Globe even if the 6 month free trial expired hehe.

    i had this problem before. what i did was create a ticket for a rep to call me and have this resolved. they called the following day and sent me the activation link.

    Thanks for the reply guys! Spoke to 2 different agents last month. Both of them said the link will be sent to me the within 3-5 days but I still have not receive any link. This is so frustrating.

    Haha wala na rin yata pagasa un sakin. Same lang din ng sinasabi. From the last billing statement 2 of 6 mos na ang Amazon Prime Video subs and still havent received any activation link.

    i called the hotline and followed the instructions. The prompt would then say that an agent will call within 24 to 48 hours. An agent called the following day, worked her magic to coordinate with their product team responsible for APV, and was able to send an activation link. That’s how it worked for me.

    Hopefully, it also works for anyone here having the same issue. ☕️

    Just sharing, there are people posting services claiming that they can factory unlock Globe-locked iPhones directly on Apple's servers. I have a friend who tried and the seller actually claims a 99% success rate as long as it's not blacklisted. They also unlock your device first before any payment. DYOR as always o_O
