Yes, unlimited calls and texts to all networks. You can send a request to update your plan packs/inclusions on the GlobeOne app. I'm about to submit one and hopefully, they can process it before my next billing cycle. This is not a promo but rather an update to ThePLAN's 399 calls & texts pack.
hi there, sorry for this question, but how do we make that request via globeone app? thank you and merry Christmas! ☕️
It should be in Menu > Help & Support > Send Us Your Concern > Plan Related > I want to change my plan packs and boosters.
thanks, but that option does not show for me on my globeone app. it’s funny that options differ for some of us.
Even the ‘Build my plan’ on the Globe website doesn’t indicate that the pack P399 includes unli all net calls.
You need to have them update your plan packs for you as it’s not automatic. It’s already live on their system and you can already get it. However, they are yet to update front-end (GlobeOne plan usage section, website plan builder, etc) so even if you already have it, the changes wouldn’t be visible on the app yet, for example. That’s why they’re not publicly announcing it for now. We were told they would sometime in January.
Will the csr allow us to update the current inclusions if we are still in contract lockin period? Haven’t tried this yet and I’ve only tried the modifications in my sim-only plan.
so if that is not the promo unli call to all network, i could now remove my another 50 more minutes call to other network, cause i have the unli call to globe and unlit text to,all network plus they have a free 50 min call to other network.. mas matawag din kasi ako kaysa sa text
Just called the hotline to request. Asked if the old 399 pack will be automatically changed to the new 399 pack, but was told that it’s not automatic and needed to be requested. Also, asked if the new 399 pack also includes landline calls as the old 399 pack included landline calls, but was told it wasn’t included. Though, she told me the old 399 pack also doesn’t include landline calls. Probably misinformation. Let’s see if it really doesn’t includes landline on the next billing cycle.
That 99 pesos freed up will go towards another 1GB additional data for me. It's truly unlimited to all mobiles and landlines, including NDD. Someone from Globe confirmed it with the product team, and FAQs will be updated and reps be informed of the correct info.
Made the request as well for modification through GlobeOne app. A Globe rep called me after a few hours after and processed my request.
Thanks for this update will have the plan updated for us as well. Don’t see it on the website either.
So it means to say this new unli 399 from globe, will be: Unlimited call to all network? Unlimeted text to all network? Unlimited call to all landline network within metro manila (if ever you choose thay area)?
It's also unlimited to nationwide landlines regardless of the telco. I just realized now that with this change, Duo 299 is now merely an add-on for owning a virtual landline number at the local area you pick, its unlimited local landline calls are already covered by the new 399 unlimited all-net pack.
