Was able to transfer my e-sim to my new iPhone. Im confused though, it still works on my previous iPhone. Will it be disconnected if I disconnect it myself from my previous phone? Thanks
This happened to me when I switched from a physical SIM card to an eSIM last year. Both SIM cards were working for 3 days until the old one was eventually deactivated. Going back to the topic, can you confirm that the SIM transfer process outlined in Apple Support works for Globe? No need to get another eSIM QR voucher from the store?
Just to clarify, you moved from what iPhone model using an e sim to the IPhone 12 and the esim was restored ? my move from the XS to 11 Pro Max required me to get a QR. hopefully things are different now.
What is the lowest plan that you can downgrade now? I am just fed up with Globe's Customer Service. I am just waiting until they are able to implement number portability to finally change networks.
I was able to talk to a CSR and he said I can only downgrade to 599. How to request for Plan Zero or 299?
First time to recontract. Will pre-order iPhone 12 Pro online. What shall I expect? How will I specify that my order will be for recontracting? How was the process last year?
Just out of curiosity, how were you able to contact globe CSR? Can’t seem to contact them on 211hotline.
do it at a globe biz center. my mom's postpaid plan was downgraded to plan zero since she's always out of the country.
I was able to get through 211 right away twice just after 8am. You can also try opening a ticket via the Globe one app and they'll call you instead. Same here - told them I wanted to downgrade for the time being since this is just a backup line and not of much use lately. Spoke to 3 people and they kept insisting that the 0 and 299 no is no longer offered. Maybe if I told them that I'm closing the account it could've been a diff story,.
Globe's 399 unlimited calls and texts pack are now valid for all networks. This started yesterday, December 25.
