Okay thank you. I was informed that if I were to pay the recontracting cashout via credit card, store pick up is the only option whereas charge to bill or cash settlement can be done via delivery or store pick up only.

You can charge to bill then just pay your bill via credit card when it comes out

It's a cosmetic defect they say. Take some photos and send to an apple agent. Apple might give you a replacement.

The whole cashout of your unit was charged to your Globe bill next cycle? So if the cash out was 40k, it's possible to get charged 40k in a single bill cycle? I was under the impression that if you were to opt for the charge to bill, the cashout will be divided into a payable 24 month installment.

I have a new iPhone XS max coming from Smart Giga X Plan, the 11K cash out will be offset since I will be billed only after 3 months, seems a good offer.

As per globe website: “Call (02) 730-1300 to renew your plan and get P2,400 off with ThePLAN 1799 and up.”
I’m on Plan 999 and my recon cashout is same as new line application cashout.

If your plan was 1799 and up, your recon cashout will be cheaper by 2400php.

I was surprised too. One time charge to bill was what was indicated on my recon papers and also what my RM said.

I already asked my RM. He says globe will not support esim yet even if Apple already rolled out iOS 12.1. A friend of mine working at SMART says they are in constant communication with apple for smart iphones esim compliant. He told me that smart might be the first to support esim.
