Just finished talking to a Globe CSR. Apparently palpak yung agent na naghandle ng recontracting ko. 58800 was entered instead of 50400. The CSR initially told me that they will cancel the first recontract and will now recontract me with the correct cashout. I flipped out kasi it means di ko makukuha phone ngayon and for sure next batch na to. I was put on hold for a long time and when the CSR came back, he told me that my issue is now esclated and forwarded to the courier service. Hopefully daw within 24 hours makuha ko yung phone. Tsk. Yung excitement ko napalitan ng init ng ulo.
