May nakakuha na ba ng re-contracting form sa email?
Based on my experience, the courier who deliver my iphone last year issued me recontracting forms. So I assumed if my phone delivers on dec 1, the courier has the recontracting forms.
Did you get an email for the forms?
In the event I don’t get the email, I’d probably just prepare this form I found at the globe website

I guess, yeah. But assuming you guys get your confirmed reference numbers, there could still be chance that your allocated units get delivered early. However, just as you said, this is the iPhone X so expect the worse or worst.
Called the hotline and was informed that you will only need the recontracting form if you will authorize another person for the delivery. From my 7plus experience last year all i had to give was the photocopy of my 2 valid ID’s.
If I am recontracting (contract ended last Nov 12, 2017), can I ask Globe to increase my credit limit to allow the 1799 plan + charge to bill for the cashout? I am thinking of getting a 64 GB iPhone X.
If I decided to have my account recontracted for the iphone x, when will the recontract be applied? After the call or when I receive the handset?

base on my recontracting on iphone 8 plus 1799. they increase my credit limit so that i can charge to bill the cashout.
Just got off the phone with Globe. Out of stock daw both 64 and 256! But I reserved for the next batch.

They say its in 2 weeks time... But new line application have stocks.
Opted for recontracting. Sayang yung old number. Hehe. At least (hopefully) may unit na ko before Christmas.
It's their SOP to say 2 weeks but stocks can arrive sooner or later. That's what CSR told me 2 years ago when I was trying to recontract for an item that's out of stock.
Called 7301300 two hours ago and followed up on the recontracting forms. They sent it just now. It says "Sign and give it to the courier or store representative upon deliver or pickup of your handset."
Hi. I was able to recontract last Nov. 24 however I have never received any SMS. Just reference number which was given by the CSR. I opted for store pick-up. Should I be worried?
Had to call the loyalty department for the recontracting forms. Received them thru my email right away even before the call ended.
Hey guys, I'm here in Sydney now. Apple stores and JB-Hifi both have stocks if iPhone X with the following prices:
- 64GB: AUD$ 1,579
- 256GB: AUD$ 1,829
Are these good buys considering I can do tax refunds? Are these better than recontracting with Globe upon my return?
