    If I'm not mistaken, "ships in 1 business day" means that the unit ordered leaves their warehouse (in maybe Singapore?) in 1 business day. But the customs clearing, delivery from port to doorstep, and other in-country processes will be altogether a different timetable.

    I ordered my iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB through Apple PH yesterday and the estimated delivery is November 23. That's almost two weeks. I''m not in a hurry to replace my 6 :D

    awaiting for delivery of my phone today.. the courier arrived yesterday but something came up (me paying in advance the historical balance, and he wanting to get the cash), i just hope he really comes back today.

    By the way, did you give a photocopy of your ID to the courier? Or just show them your ID?

    I activated the sim that came with the phone by calling the hotline and right after the agent said he is submitting the request, the call got cut and a few seconds after i lost my signal. Good thing he asked for an alternate contact number and he called that to verify that the new sim is already activated

    Unli Calls and SMS to Globe/TM for 499
    GoSurf: could either be 499 (5GB) or 999 (10GB)
    Then the rest of would either be Consumables or other Packs (299 All Net SMS, 299 Duo, 299 Work Pack, etc.).

    Sa naalala ko: 10GB surf, unlitxt/call globe, all net txt, free navi pack, free 1month gadget care, free spotify & hooq (3months), free nba & disney (6months). Pero sa GServices ko hindi lumalabas yung unlitxt to all net. And dati ngsesend sila ngtext para sa link sa libre spotify. Unfortunately, I haven't received any.

    10 GB lang ba talaga yung allocation sa atin? I thought 15 Gb!

    Akala ko din may free 1 month netflix tayo.

    How can we avail of those nba and disney stuffs? wla man lang email or something?

    Oh can't monday come any sooner. I'm tempted to pass by globe (ortigas) later to ask if I can pick up my unit, but I'm scheduled on the 14th. Why can't they service weekends, sigh. :p

    Hi guys. Tanong ko lng po, how long does it usually take for a new line to be activated? The csr told me it will be activated within the day pero until now wla pa rn signal. Got it yesterday morning. Thanks.

    24 hours at most, or at least that's often what I'm told by whoever handles my case. My line usually activates within 12 – 18 hours.

    I think you should call them again for a follow-up since it's already been over 24 hours.
