    My main concern is charge to bill and retain my existing plan.

    Fyi lang ha, retaining existing plan means retaining everything except unlisurf which will change to gosurf.

    Same ba to pag ongoing evaluation pa din ang status after selecting credit card (straight) tapos di makatuloy dahil error sa payment button? Ang downloadable form lang sakin, application form at gadget care. Although umabot ako sa survey. So technically, nakaproceed talaga ako sa process from plan to kung sang store ipipick up to type of payment.

    So pwede bang derecho nako sa store on 14th (sa scheduled time ko) kahit ongoing eval pa? Nakareserve na kaya unit for me? Gusto ko din kasi ng installment na lang. Di ko naman kasi alam na di na pwede maedit at pagbabayadin ako on the spot pag cc straight ang pinili at totally di matatapos ang reservation ko pag ganun. Tnx

    Ma'am Dobi I'm not qualified with 30 post but a registered member since 2012 and lurker. My specific request is to change payment of cash out to charge to bill as I haven't had that option during ordering. I'm also retaining my old plan 1799. Thus if possible to make it store pickup.

    Yes just have it fixed at the Store during claiming.
