Globe iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max

    My sister’s phone broke to the point that it no longer powers on. So we went to a nearby store. She was eyeing the 12, but they didn’t have any stocks in 128gb. They had the 12 mini 128gb in red, but she doesn’t want to settle on a smaller screen. She then told me “kung yang 11 mo na lang kaya sa akin?” and then I was like “tapos sa akin yung 12 mini?”

    She wasn’t kidding. We went home with a new iPhone 12 mini for me and her with my 11. :D

    Just got my unit this morning.
    Globe store called me that my unit is ready for pickup.
    Original schedule was tomorrow.
    Only took me around 10 mins. to get my iphone. Also requested a new SIM as I was previously using an eSIM.
    New SIM activated after 1 hour.

    My late Christmas gift. But then again, better late than next year. (y)

    Their Iconic Store branch in BGC High Street / Central Square.

    They just shoo everyone away asking for the iPhone 12, saying they don't have stocks. They get our phone numbers though and preferred unit. I just find it weird that they aren't allowed to process the application until they have actual units on hand. Maybe this is the new initiative now from corporate? Hold up all contract renewal application til there's unit available? Talk about opportunity cost to lock in an existing subscriber to another 2 years. Haha!

    Now my wife and I are seriously considering smart, if they can process our application right on the spot, we'll just move.

    We wouldn't have this thought if they had processed our application right away. Never mind the waiting, at least that's already business renewed diba?

    Lucky you. My pickup date is Dec 26. No call, text, email or anything. What branch is this?

    I’m in Cagayan de Oro sir.
    Try requesting a call back in the Globe One app. Just choose delivery status in the phone renewal concern.
    They will call you back for sure.
    Hope you can get it before the new year. (y)

    I was told that I would receive my unit Dec 26 but I only received it today, the 28th. Received text around 8AM, delivered 230PM. Package says for Dec 28 delivery. iPhone 12 64GB green, QC

    Got my unit at Greenbelt store on the 18th. Yesterday, I got an SMS to pick up my unit. Today my plan wasn't renewed as scheduled. Oh Globe!

    Yup. Renewed on the 1st day, Dec. 11 and got a call on the 17th. Delivery to my address was originally scheduled on Jan. 7 of next year but I opted for store pickup and I got it yesterday.
    Expect a much later date on the delivery of your unit especially if you want it delivered to your house.

    Tried ordering from the app last 26th. Got a message today that delivery will take 2-3 days. BTW I missed the call for them.

    I picked up my iPhone 12 in GBC bicutan. Yet I received another iPhone delivered to me. I will just return it back to Globe

    Globe's uncentralized system. I also picked up a unit at Greenbelt on the 18th (insisted I get one as committed by their agent but was told they don't have the device yet). Then on Sunday, I got a message that the device arrived and I was asked to pick it up.

    Finally got mine Dec 29 at GBC Glorietta. Long lines but thanks to ARC and for priority for iPhone 12 release lane, fot out in less than 30mins. Supposed to get it 19th pa pero bulok sistema eh. Buti na lang the people there were helpful and really kept their promise to closely monitor my case. Unit is iPhone 12 pro max 512gb in blue. Got an esim but I cannot activate it, may signal pa rin yung physical sim ko. Anybody here knows the workaround? Thank you!

    I activated my e-SIM while at the store. Not sure if they have to key in something but I lost signal and the staff handed me the e-SIM card a few minutes after.

    You can request via globeone, to activate the esim. Maybe because your cutoff for the renewal date is not yet met.

    in my case, I requested to be transitioned back to a physical sim. Got the phone on the 21st renewal date is the 25th so the sim is still not active and was advised it will be activated the 26th. But lo and behold. Still not active haha.
