Received an agent call at 9:07 am. It took about 12 mins. Opted for charge to Bill and delivery will be on Dec.18. Renewed my Plan1799 for Iphone12 ProMax graphite 256gb.

Have you successfully preordered last night but with no charge to bill option? Is the delivery still to your address or you can pick it up @ a Globe store?

Yes around 12:56 AM successfully pre-ordered my desired unit and plan but was not approved immediately. I just received an email and an sms that a sales representative will contact me to confirm and verify my details.

Received a call from Globe about the inquiry with incorrect email address when preordering online and upon checking the agent said that it is correct and updated. I wonder where does that email address in my online preorder come from? Tried asking on the update on the ticket for my preorder but was told that other team is handling that concern.
Buti pa un ticket sa email add inquiry natawagan agad pero un sa preorder wala pa. Marami nga siguro nakaline up for the preorder outbound calls. Hoping to get another call soon!

Upon checking the globe order tracking my order ID can't be found

Just got back from SM Aura Globe store to try to ask for conversion of order from straight to charge to bill. Agent there said that while she noted the request in their system, only way to ensure that the payment will be charged to billing is to wait for the call from the sales team. In short, visiting the globe store even if you already pre-booked online will not really help since you already have a ticket in their system and another team should assist you with your payment and other concerns.
Plus, when I asked if it would better if I cancel my online booking and place a new order in the physical store, the agent said that it won't guarantee that I will get a unit on launch date since apparently they have a list of clients who are line for the unit. Do not know though whether Globe sanctioned this "reservation list" that they have.
Cannot access it since last night. I guess your order must go thru the finalized steps(call from agent?) before it shows?
Does anyone have their order status updated?
Also any idea about the exclusive deals that Globe mentioned before the pre-order opened?
I paid my pre-order thru via straight CC. I did not find any option to have it charged to bill. I am on plan 1799 and reserved for iPhone 12 Pro Max 512gb blue.
