I'm pretty bored with playing Warcraft all day, got any recommendations? I've heard about Oberin, is it any good? The thread on it is pretty inactive.

I'm looking for games that will run on an iBook G4 1.2 ghz.

    Thanks in advance.

I heard that Oberin is good. What's interesting is that it's a Mac-only MMORPG. You won't find Windows users there, though I heard that maybe a handful run emulators on Windows. From what I hear, the forums and even the game itself is somehow strictly(?) moderated (no foul language, indecent character name, etc.).

    teehee.

@ reivi400 - Yeah, that's what I heard too. The ingame community is said to be real nice, anyone who has actually tried it out? I want to know how the actual gameplay is.

I'm killing time on NBA Fantasy and Utopia right now. XD

I know people who have tried it out and they do appreciate the game play. What's more is they say that people (in the game) are willing to help out the newbies (just like here at PhilMUG), show them around, and even share stuff at times.

Did you checkout the Oberin forums? I believe there are a lot of discussions there that should give you an idea of the actual game play. Whenever I hear players discuss what happened during the game, I feel their excitement. :)
