    Ensemble RSS or Vienna RSS. Not as pretty as NetNewsWire Lite, but almost as much features and most of all, let's you archive selected stories from your feeds.

    for itunes

    Fetch Art is a freeware utility that lets you get artwork for your converted songs. It looks for the appropriate album cover and is very easy to use.
    Made me not do cutting and pasting.
