i've launched and used the app before, but now i cant even open/launch it, all i can get is that error message.
Have you done any system updates lately? Try AppZapper to uninstall, repair permissions then reinstall. Good Luck!
Run Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility. Select your HD (if you did not change it, it's "Machintosh HD") then press the "Repair Disk Permissions" button.
