Free PhotoConverter 3 ERROR MESSAGE! HELP!

    Here's the error message! Please help me. I uninstalled and installed it already but still same error message.

    i've launched and used the app before, but now i cant even open/launch it, all i can get is that error message. :(

    Have you done any system updates lately?
    Try AppZapper to uninstall, repair permissions then reinstall.

    Run Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility. Select your HD (if you did not change it, it's "Machintosh HD") then press the "Repair Disk Permissions" button.
