These people are most likely just using the term to refer to a store that sells Apple products.

Because I don't have photos. The tables are horizontal, vertical or side by side oriented?

And they also do product reviews using gadgets displayed in the store. And then their review is like reformatting the spec sheet into paragraphs. Haha. I usually go there for entertainment. The comments are hilarious.

    That's the store fronting Landmark.

The only time I'd be excited to see an Apple Inc-owned Apple Store is if pricing is US price + 12% VAT. The prices in the malls are US price + 24% if I recall correctly.

Don't forget, the US pricing is subject to local state and city taxes.

In California, you'll even be taxed an additional Recycle Fee for a total of 8.29%

A $1,099 MacBook Pro ends up at $1,198.16 if delivered to San Francisco. With today's exchange rate of 44.70, that's PHP53,557.75.

The Philippine online store lists the same product at PHP 54,990.00.

More than fair, if you ask me, because we have a tax rate of 12%, which, if added to the US price, should translate to $1,230.88 or PHP55,020.37

Cool! They change that uncompetitive pricing policy.

Does this US price + 12% VAT cover all authorized reseller/dealers?

It's a small shop-in-shop within Abenson's, whereas the other Authorized Resellers and Premium Resellers are stores of their own. In essence, this one is much smaller than the others.
