    I can't live without:
    * All-in-One Gestures
    * del.icio.us Bookmarks
    * Download Statusbar
    * DownThemAll!
    * Linkification
    * Tabbrowser Preferences
    * TwitterFox

    And of course,
    * StumbleUpon

    As a Web developer, I also appreciate
    * Firebug

    I just downloaded Firefox 2.007 update and noticed there is a problem with accessing Yahoo Mail. It says there is problem redirecting and may have something to do with cookies. I tried using Safari and it is able to access my mail.

    Yup! Just go to the Mozilla site and click on "Install plugin" for all the plugins you think you want/need. You'll have to restart Firefox to fully install some plugins, though.

    Also note that depending on your environment and the maturity of the plugin - some plugins won't work or will impair Firefox performance. So, don't just go around installing all plugins at once. Try one for a day or two until you're comfortable with it. See if it fits your needs and if it doesn't get in your way. Only after then should you try other plugins.

    HTH!

    For me these are the essential plug-ins, which I always download and install whenever I install Firefox:

    1. Download Statusbar
    2. Fasterfox
    3. New Tab Button on Tab bar
    4. Tab Effect
    5. Broadband speedtest and diagnostics.
