I've been thinking about upgrading to an Intel Mac, but one program that's keeping me from doing so is FileMakerPro 8 (PowerPC). I'm not considering getting the Universal v8.5 update yet.

Has anyone tried running FMP8 under Rosetta on an Intel Mac? How's the speed? What should I be concerned about?

I'll really appreciate any input on this matter.
