What the world needs more people spending more time on Facebook. They allow fake news to proliferate out of govt pressure.
i got a few namesakes on facebook, it appears that they were the ones who got cloned, not me. i'm thinking, those who are very vocal on their political views are the ones being cloned for some reason. I never talk politics anywhere in the internet so sorry it is not worth it cloning me
Nada. Been inactive there since 2017 but I was quite curious if anybody had cloned me somehow. Found out none because 1) I don’t use my name, and 2) I don’t have any friends (well, just 12, but they’re family). Can’t understand why people need to use their real names on a platform that can copy you and use your content the way they please even if you go private, then there’s that platform doing unimaginable things with your private data without your knowledge. But, can’t blame if people like to be liked, adored, and put on a pedestal, even if no one really knows who that person really is.
I checked and found quite a number of people with the same name as mine, mostly from South America bx there's an island nation that has the same name as my surname. I'm probably the lightest-skinned person with that name, unfortunately. I have another FB account in a different name, but I deliberately don't have friends on there. Just wanted to secure that FB account name before someone else gets it.
nada. even if I'm from that maroon school. I did find an FB account of a guy with the same nickname & last name that I have, which I found surprising since I have a rather uncommon nickname.; not only that, the guy is a much older fellow. & my nickname was derived from a US TV show in the late 60s that was popular in the year that I was born; so I'm guessing he adopted his nickname well into his teens, if the provenance is the same. or he just copied mine. ha ha.. in any case, his account, much as I hate to admit it, looks like a legit account.
I'm not even vocal about my political views on social media but I have 7 clones, and about 6 namesakes. My wife who is very vocal doesn't have one.
