Thank you for the info. Based on that memo, looks like I won't be needing a license or registration for my ebike. Looks like the Drift Motor YPro mentioned above may need a license for the rider & a registration for the emotorbike.
depends eh. sabi nga nila that AO has many interpretations. Example electric scooter. It looks and falls under "electric kick scooter" but can have a speed that can deo 25-50kph or more. medyo dated yun picture and stuff... just my opinion. kaya im leaning towards e-bike that has pedal para medyo "safe" sa category.
