ebook converters

    do you know any pdf/word/etc. to ebook converters? been looking for one, though mostly they are for pc based. can you direct me to one. id appreciate it. thanks

    The term eBook is very general. Which specific type do want to convert to? PDF? PDB for Palm PDA?

    for palm pda, i have the pdf acrobat reader, though doesn't bookmark the page i read last and brings me back to the first page.

    I personally use two.

    My favorite is iSiloX. It converts .HTML formatted files into a smaller PDA-friendly format readable using iSilo.

    The other one I use is called the "Palm Doc Converter" which I found at VersionTracker. It converts different files into the Palm DOC format which is readable using eReader.
