Disabling RSS in Apple Mail

    How do I disable RSS ins Apple Mail under Leopard? I hate this built in Apple spam. Can I get 3rd party RSS feeds in Mail?

    yes you can delete the RSS on mac mail application.
    how: hold control and click on the RSS feed on the left pane of mail, it will give you an option to delete the feed.

    yes you can add 3rd party rss feeds
    how: click file at the menu bar and click add RSS feed

    note: im using mail 3.0

    Thanks. However I am not amused by it since all I get are headlines. Then it launches safari anyway for the article. I guess I am ignorant if this is what RSS is all about.
