detect earthquakes with your portable mac!

    re-live your childhood fantasies of being a P.A.G.A.S.A geek!... what? nobody ever wanted to play reynaldo punongbayan when they were kids? shocking!!!

    anyway, this app turns your late model ibooks, pbooks and macbooks into a seismograph.
    it detects movements on three axes. it uses the notebooks sudden motion sensor in an innovative way and falls into that "what the heck, it's free" category. have fun...

    Wont work for the powerbook. Walang sensor daw.

    i think it only works for the later model pbooks and ibooks plus new macbook/pros. the ones with the sudden motion sensor.

    According to this thread there was a minor earthquake here in Manila. Did any of you guys notice it or to be more specific was anyone able to detect the earthquake using this software?

    Nice. Just today there was a slight tremor in the ortigas area. Hope this will monitor tremors from my office.
