i can vouch for dbrand when it comes to quality. But I've only had them on my phones, OnePlus One and Nexus 6P. I usually order from their site and it arrives by regular mail. Not quite sure for the laptop skins though, because it will be in a bigger package. They are having a 30% off everything sale right now actually. And arrival times of your order will vary based on my experience.

Not for Macbook but I bought one, through their website, for my iPhone 6 Plus some months ago. I got the Mahogany wood skin. Super easy to install you just have to have a heat gun (I used a hair blowdryer because I don't have a heat gun) and watch the instructional video. I really like the texture. It didn't peel off at any point and right before I gave my phone to my sister, I took the skin off and there was no residue at all.

Just like what kutsaratinidor said, if it's for a phone, it'll be delivered right to your doostep. It'll be in a regular white envelope. But if it's for a laptop, I'm sure, it'll go to your local post office where you have to pay a certain amount.

I also prefer DBrand over Slickwraps (sorry I can't help but compare), as it's more customizable. With Slickwraps, you're forced to purchase a skin for the entire device (all sides), unless they changed their ordering system.

Thats actually one of my main concers regarding skins in general which is what if i wanted to remove them. Thank you for telling me that dbrand doesnt leave any residue! Theres literally no way to test any of their products so knowing that removing them will cause no problems gives me peace of mind

No problem with residue at all. My OnePlus One is on its 3rd skin change. My Nexus 6P went bare just recently. I left the visor skin on for scratch protection. Planning to replace it with a white carbon from the MKBHD pack. Now where to get a hair dryer. :D

That is one sexy nexus ypu have there m friend. I cant really decide which looks better since both look good. I also thank mkbhd for plugging dbrand! If it wasnt for him id still be looking haha :)

Can you reapply the sticker again? Does it lose some of the adhesiveness once you remove it?

Thanks for the photos man! :)

Thanks! Cant wait to slap the white carbon on it. Yeah, its a challenge to pick which color to get. Thats why I opted to get the MKBHD pack. Sulit! Yup, he likes them a lot! I consider it protection without the bulk as well. I tend to just go for back skins usually, and dont care for the front panel because for me it tends to look weird na. But thats just my for my taste. :D

The adhesiveness is pretty good actually, the red carbon is now on my laptop lid. Without the visor area coz it got deformed due to installation. Reapplying might be a challenge too for some units, because for my Nexus, a hair dryer was needed in order to mold the the top part of the skin to the curvature of the body. Maybe for phones with flat designs and areas, its more doable.

You're welcome! Order na before the sale ends! haha

I don't think you can re-apply the skin. I tried it in the past unfortunately, once you start removing the skin, it will stretch.

DBrand makes very high quality skins. The one I got for my Nexus 4 still looks new after more than 2 years of daily use.

hi DBrand fans! 4 weeks ago, i ordered a hyperblack back skin for my 5S thinking it would be delivered straight to my doorstep (as mentioned here) even if it's being sent via USPS regular mail since it's just a small package. for some reason, it got held up at the Makati Central Post Office where i picked it up from yesterday.

i'd just like to ask if you did an extra step or two to ensure it got delivered direct to your doorstep so as to save me from the hassle of having to pick it up at the post office once more should i decide to order more.

unless of course this is their new policy now. thanks and i look forward to hearing from you!

How did you know that it is already at your local post office for pickup? Did you pay anything upon release?

i received a small postcard thingie from the Makati CPO (beside the Makati Fire Station fronting the RCBC Tower) advising me that it was ready for pick up at Window 1. i paid P112 for it, the same price stamped on the postcard.

the post office rep mentioned that she's been noticing a barrage of these "vinyl" packages being sent in from abroad as of late and asked me what the heck these things are.

DBrand seems to have taken a life of its own locally.

My previous deliveries arrived direct from dbrand even it was addressed to our Makati office. And one also arrived directly at my Manila address(home). The last one was early this year if I recall correctly. You live in Makati? Not sure if this is a new policy with dbrand or with Makati post office.

thanks for the reply! prolly a new policy over here in Makati. oh well, it's not as often that i'll be ordering anyway so it's not that much of a hassle. i'll prolly just combine dropping by the post office with an errand or two around the same area the next time i order again.
