    help please!

    i installed adobe cs2 on my mbp. the whole process of installing and updating all went fine until i started clicking on the apps. all the apps in cs2 were functioning well (i didn't bother installing version cue after Adobe said it won't work with Intel Macs) except for BRIDGE. everytime i clicked on its dock icon, it bounced once and never launched at all. i tried starting it inside the other cs2 apps either by clicking on the BRIDGE button or using the browse menu and yet i still didn't get any response.

    i've tried re-installing everything (except version cue) with no chance of success. i've already tried using the default version of bridge, then i updated it to 1.03, and then to 1.04. it was still futile.

    here are my system's specs: Tiger 10.4.7, 2.16 MBP, 2 Gig RAM, 100 GB HD (with 50+GB left).

    i've been googling for solutions but there has been no substantial solutions turning up in my search.

    would anyone know how to solve this?

    btw, i didn't really get any error messages from starting BRIDGE, it just won't start..

    i tried most of the options there except reformatting the hard disk, which i could not do at this point since it would mean rebuilding everything from scratch.

    Have you tried deleting the com.adobe.bridge.plist before restarting Bridge? This file is located in your User/Library/Preferences folder.

    @carlo,
    my library folder doesn't contain that preference file.
