CrossOver Games question

    Few questions regarding CrossOver Games.

    1.) Does Counter Strike Source and DoTA run smoothly in CrossOver Games?
    2.) Once I have downloaded Crossover into my OS. How do I actually open an application/game? Do I have to open Crossover then click an app? Or do I just open the app instantly?
