    6. iskat - first gen macbook. left and right edges of the palm rest area; smallish cracks emanating from the hinge, and crack that goes across the second screw on the left side next to the headphones and lock slots.

    7. Left edge of the palm rest ... exactly where the protruding plastic of the top lid rests when you close the macbook.

    you should go to digital hub at robinsons place manila. i had replaced mine last sunday...

    i was a member last week, but since had the top case board replaced udner warranty at powermac gbelt.

    The design is really at fault here, thats why now i close the macbook VEEEERY gently. Ugh.

    there are palmguards, like moshi. i make do with putting some clear tape on the edges.

    for those who had their cases replaced, how long did it take?

    mine was less than a week courtesy by marco, emmil and sancho at digital hub midtown mall:)
    processing and delivery from singapore

    *u dont have to leave ur macbook with them, they will just call you when it is there already;)

    mine was 2 week c/o ynzal..
    they let me borrow an old topcase for my macbook, so i can use while waiting...
    (mine did not crack, the trackpad conked out)

    mine was supposed to be 4 days only.

    i went there sunday, then they texted me that the topcase has arrived already (around wednesday afternoon), but since i'm kind of busy with my school work, i went there sunday (4 days after) then they fixed it for no more than 20 minutes i think. Thanks to Sir Emil!

    very nice service you got there....
