I recently bought a corsair mac memory, am wondering if it is ok to use in my other laptop. Is there such a thing as mac specific memory modules or are all of them compatible with windows laptops?

If it's the same type of RAM the PC's motherboard uses then it should be fine.
To be certain, you can use a Memory advisor or any similar tool to determine the right memory specs your pc needs.
