Helper positive on Covid antigen test last Thursday--isolated her immediately as soon as she reported sore throat. This Saturday, both kids had high fever. I, who's been taking care of the kids, eventually developed sniffles and occasional cough. Hopefully we'll be out of the woods soon. I just hope that the adults won't develop fever so we can still go through our work and chores while on isolation.

Yup, we broke those rules. Me, along with 4 other guys and the groom went to the groom's hotel room and played Super Smash Bros Ultimate via Switch and of course that involved a lot of bickering and shouting. We also shared snacks like cheetos, doritos, and KK donuts. One of us was surely a carrier at that point.

Hence, the Omniknights were formed. :ROFLMAO: But yeah, most of us are already feeling well. Me, along with another is about feeling 95-99% better already. Sore throat is the last problem we all dealt/deal with.

Arrived in the RP last Sunday, currently spending Day 3 of quarantine at hotel in Makati.

The plane ride home from LA was practically full, a lot of our OFW kababayans on board. It must be the excitement of going home, or they are just naturally talkative, but a group of them just behind our seats talked loudly all the way from LAX to NAIA, only spending a few hours to sleep. Alam ko na lahat ng talambuhay nila. Some of them even lower their masks when they speak, because they can't be heard over the hum of the engine noise. Geez, no wonder a lot of our countrymen come home from the US infected. One of the updated rules of flying should be to keep conversations to a bare minimum inside the cabin. Talking spreads droplets, especially when you lower your masks, right? What more in a cabin of recycled air?

Anyway, now hoping that my family and I get a negative test on Day 5 so we can get released by Friday. Fingers and toes crossed. So far we don't feel any symptoms.

Yep, they should have dropped this since it was proven that Covid is airborne.
