I heard that tiger has this 2 apps but does not install them by default. Does anyone use this apps here? From them you can access 100 different core image plug ins offering effects, filters, and transitions that range from old standard to exotic effects. you can make your own screen saver. anyone know how to install this from the OSX instalation DVD?
Those two apps are demos targeted at developers to show what you can do with Core Image. You can have em by installing the Developers tools. If there are more apps that take advantage of Core Image we'd be seeing more Macs with better graphics cards http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Core_Image_Fun_House Developers tools eat up 2-3GB more space and the Core Image Fun House is just a simplified Photoshop filter that renders in real time. Wish CS3's PS will be able to do this.
Hey Tweek, some one told me there in the tiger installation dvd they said to run XcodeToolsmpkg. thats about all i can remember its like a OSX secret. 2 or 3 gb is ok with me, hey thanks for the link.
