Comic Life: Jayvee\'s One Panel Comics I have been toying around with Comic Life for quite some time now. Thought I would share some of the one panel comics I have been making. I post these on my blog as well as my Multiply page. I'm sure some of you have seen them. I still don't have a name for this project. In fact, im thinking of putting up a domain for this. The premise is to use photos I have taken (and rarely, a photo off the net) and turn it into a comic. The objective is not really to be funny or witty. It's honesty. Enjoy the sneak preview. there are three characteristics of blogging (and other creative projects) that im trying hard to follow: if i cannot be (1) funny, then i should be (2) witty. but if i cannot be the first two, then i should be (3) honest. and this perhaps is the most important thing about creative projects. i guess it just gets more professional as time passes since you become aware of your mistakes in grammar, spelling, phrasing, etc. i myself have trouble with being creative. we often succumb to the "i need to generate more alpha waves" and put off our creative juices for another day. i guess what i AM LEARNING from this project is that if you can't be creative, then be honest. it helps boost your juices. @XyNo: you read my mind. im thinking of how to incorporate this into MPH. however, there may be a problem with the language. this is me:

my political thought for the day this was before made even before i found out about the rally today. they're becoming a franchise. oh noes.
if i keep this up, im hoping Plasq will give me a free copy for the "open source marketing" im doing for them. hehe im actually curious if someone can come up with really cool art using Art Rage for Mac.
These are all very nice Jayvee. Also read at Plasq website that you can publish your comic life pages to your .Mac and Flickr accounts. This should be my next project :winkgrin:
waah! the default font doesnt seem to work on my mac, it always reverts to lucida grande... oh well, there's always felt marker.
