i'm ok now. i'm still at stage 1,(or i'm pre-hypertensive.) in other words, im getting there! ahahha! BP is just slightly above normal.

it affects me, I think. I only use one of those Omron home BP monitoring tools so I cant say for sure. normally I'm at 128/83. but as I have tried it, it goes up to 139/86 when i just had coffee. same with black tea and green tea. but after 30mins or so, it goes to my normal BP at around 128. if i just drink hot water, it does not go up. so i thought it was because of caffeine. hahahahah

Hi! Where do you guys get you fresh roast beans? I recently bought at Bo's but their freshest pack is 3 weeks old so was thinking I need to find some place more fresh.

I've been seeing this ad in FB "Everyday Roasters" where they deliver beans straight to your door. Anyone has tried their beans?

over shopee try Urbn Brews. I've been ordering my beans there and they have good quality selection of single origin beans. :)

They have a very diverse selection of beans. Don't know where to start hehe. May I ask for your recommendation? I'll be using it for espresso. Thank you!

Try the Sidamo and Columbia :) These two are my fave :) Ask Tiny on the date the beans was roasted. I noticed she been selling two week old beans because some of the customers do not mind the roasting dates. But she's very honest and she will give you the new ones. :)

Tried Tim Horton’s own fresh beans and actually found them to be rather sour and pungent at most. Arguably I’d rather prefer the Starbucks beans from Colombia if only they were available all the time.

I see. I am no connoisseur myself so I wouldnt be able to tell the difference. I guess thats the reason why I tend to go for local beans.
