I came across this site that offers some of the more popular apps for PC's and Macs at unbelievable discounts. Adobe CS 2 Premium, for example, which the site says retails for US$1,199 can be downloaded from their site for just US$149.99! Catch is you don't get any documentation nor tech support for any of the apps you buy. All you get is the software via download. Seems legit but has any Philmugger actually tried purchasing software from this site? Any feedback? Thanks.
If there's a link from Adobe pointing to that site then it's probably legit if not then you're being ripped off
Make a reviews search of the site on Google. I checked out the site and the company logos of the programs they supposedly carry are on it but arent linked to the sites themselves. I did a search (try: reviews chibissoft on Google; you'll be surprised at some of the results).
hmmm... did a google search as you suggested and most of the results showed that this site is on several blacklists for spamming. but could that be just for sending out email offers? does that make them an online retailer that everyone should avoid like the plague? i'm just curious since this is the first time i've come across an offer like this. watchatink, guys?
true true. i guess what they say is true. when something looks too good to be true, it usually is. thanks guys.
