changing original adobe cs4 windows to mac...

    greetings, i recently bought an adobe cs4 na windows version, but I also bought a mac recently and wish to change my license from windows to mac, i wanna ask are there any support for adobe to change it? else its really a waste to bought a cs4 with 40k without using it.. :((

    @cookie053177: An alternative is to purchase a licensed copy of Windows and run CS4 on a Bootcamp partition.

    Hmm, maybe it is best that you contact Adobe about this. But I'm pretty sure that you can't convert your license and you have to purchase the mac version.

    yeah i contacted them already, its kinda hassle they only serve online support which usually takes a day for them to reply.. anyway i have to sign this letter of destruction to cancel my serial for my windows so they could provide me a mac version.

    just want to inform everyone, i've successfully submit my petition, letter of destruction, and receipt, they say they're under the process for changing it to mac, but i have to pay 25 dollars for the shipping and handling fee. now i have to wait for the mac department to contact me.

    i am glad adobe is open for this kind of service, just a heads up for everyone if you have the same problem with me, or someday you encounter same situation as me!
