In my personal experience, no. Bought lightning cables from them 3x and all of them lasted less than 6 months. Since then, I just decided to invest on more expensive Apple-certified cables. The Targus cable I bought for my car is on it's 3rd year now and still working and well intact. Still using the lightning cable that came with my 5s at home and while its really dilapidated, it still works.

Been thinking of getting those new magnetic tips charging cable branded "BLACK". Any thoughts if it would be safe to use?
