i can't get my entourage to open and i need to recover some important email that was saved in it. would anyone know which folder it's saved in? any help would be appreciated. thanks!

There is a database utility that comes with MS office use spotlight to look for it. Use it to repair / rebuild your identity

No, you won't lose your database (emails, contacts, notes) if you reinstall Office 2004. Look in your Home folder and under Documents, look for Microsoft User Data, then Office 2004 Identities, then Main Identity (that should be you). Your database is there.
