I just bought my ipod touch and im lost. I download a free app, and i cant see it on my phone. I didnt know u have to have the internet. is there apps where u dont need the internet to play games?

Or look on the second page by dragging the screen to the left. If not, try using itunes to download whatever apps you want, then sync it to your ipod touch btw, we discourage text speak here. please type normally.

When i go into apps on itunes i see the games but not on the touch. i even tried dragging the app to the ipod icon but didn't work. If i have to sync it how do i due that?

Is the game/app listed there with a check mark? 3) In order to load the app/game onto your Touch, you need to synch it with the synch cable in order to load it onto the Touch.

Did you sync your iPod Touch with your iTunes? 4. Is the app/game compatible with your iPod Touch? 5. How many screen pages does your iPod Touch have at the moment? Maybe it's in the other page. 6. Some free apps/games are ad-supported. As such, some of them require an internet connection to work. They're ad-supported, which is why they're free. The internet connection is for the app to be able to access and display the ads.

If you don't see an app that you know you've tried to download and you have a ton of apps already installed, you might be running into the maximum limit of apps that can be installed on the iPod (ie, 9 pages of apps, or around 129 third party apps give or take). Try deleting an app you don't need - this will immediately start the installation of the app you just tried to install.
Re: Can u Play ur Apps on ur Ipod touch with out wi fi connection? It depends on the Apps and not on App Store actually... Just read the requirements of the apps you want to buy/download in the iTunes Store. Most games don't require wireless connection by the way.

Re: Can u Play ur Apps on ur Ipod touch with out wi fi connection? In itunes, with your iPod Touch connected, click on the iPod Touch icon on the left side and then click on the Sync button which will be on your lower right.
