That's exactly what most of my friends are using, wanted to see if muggers would suggest the same. Thanks, Jess! :)

Since I use this mostly for work - OneNote is good alternative :)

I'm more of a "typing" guy than a "writing" guy. I have an iPad Pro 10.5 without Apple Pencil as I don't have any use for it. Does it make sense for me to purchase either GoodNotes/Notability (I'm leaning on the latter)? Or something else? Most YouTube reviews are of (mostly medical) students and when the topic is note-taking, they all have Apple Pencil and either of the two mentioned paid apps. I'm a lightweight note-taker, I'm working in an office and I only use Google Keep at the moment.

Anybody here with an iPad, taking notes, and only relying on a wireless keyboard or a typecover and purchased either GoodNotes and/or Notability?

    Thanks.

Not worth it. If you're strictly typing out notes..I suggest a markdown app instead. Ulysses, ia Writer, even Bear.

I use both setups (typing via Markdown apps and notetaking with Notability). Hth.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I have installed Bear on my iPad but never used it yet. My iPad Pro is currently my YouTube and Netflix consumption powerhouse. I have yet to make actual "professional" use of it.
