    Hi!

Could you recommend what irc client should I use? I've already tried X-chat aqua.

yes, you have to download it first, but you don't have to look further as you can access "get extensions" from firefox itself.

Just Googled for the same thing, and discovered several (thank goodness!). I was supposed to try Colloquy, but can't figure out how... Hehe! So, I'm now using Ircle. Its fine.

I'll give this thing a whirl. I've been using Chatzilla to IRC, and it's not bad at all.

just a reminder, before pressing the connect in the startup window "new connection", please check details. By default, it displays complete user name that is registered in your mac.

Ircle is a popular Mac IRC client. Don't bother pirating it with a fake serial number, because the author Onno Tidjat hangs around the #macintosh chat rooms. He's a really nice guy, but he can tell if the copy you're using is legit or not.

You can find other chat clients here.

MIRC is a brand name of software that runs on a Windows PC for accessing Internet Relay Chat networks. Personally, I prefer IceChat and ChatZilla on the PC.

Before you go to bed, don't forget to Colgate your mouth and wipe with Kleenex so you'll be up bright and early in the morning to drink your Nescafe and eat your Kellog's. Then you can Toyota to work so you can use your Windows Vista.

I've been a Windows user for a long time so I was really used to mIRC. I was wondering what the best irc application for Mac was, I have an intel one if that helps. I've tried Xirc and ircicle(?) and I just got confused. Unless one of them is the easiest to use and I'm just gonna have to really study it, anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
