Any recommendations? Or do we wait for iPadOS... maybe third party manufacturers can add a trackpad WHAT’S THE BEST IPAD PRO KEYBOARD? | The Verge
Anyone here having problems with their smart keyboard? Mine is not working when not connected to a stable WIFI connection. Already tried searching the net for possible solutions. But none of the suggested options worked. I’m now considering getting 3rd party keyboards, but I can’t justify the cost of this smart keyboard if I can’t even use it properly for at least 2 years... Need help here. ...
I also have the same... Was happy with it at first... But not it has a weird third party feel... Looking for something more natural.
I use Logitech's Keys-To-Go with my iPad Pro 9.7". They have an Apple version which incorporates hot keys for the iOS. My use for an iPad keyboard is just for minor typing jobs when I am mobile where using the on-screen keyboard becomes cumbersome to use. What I like about it is the very thin form factor (illustration board thinness) which makes it easy to bring along. Don't expect a normal keyboard feel though. I think this is best for those who will only do minor typing and wouldn't want to lug around a bulky keyboard. (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/keys-to-go)
At first I felt that way too but got used to it by now until I find a better one, like the Logitech's Keys To Go (which was my first choice but couldn't find one physically)
Try the iClever brand. Their foldable keyboard with trackpad works very well with iPadOS. They are pretty affordable also.
Does anyone know of any local vendors of the Brydge keyboard for the 11” iPad Pro? I can import one from the US but would prefer the local warranty convenience (even if it’s just replacement) of a local reseller.
Been using the logitech slim folio for my ipad 6th gen. Runs on cr2032 batt good for 2 yrs w/daily usage. What i like is its rugged in a way that it really protects the ipad. Water repellant outer skin. Its no fuss just putting it on coffee tables. Love the keys feedback also. Not backlit though. So its not useable at night. Its also on the heavy side despite the “slim” tag on it. Also a rubber lining that covers the lip seems to be just pasted on with a strip of tape. It became loose so i just took it off. You can see the magnets (silver) on the inner top lid.
