Planning to watch this but since I don't have Apple TV, I'm waiting for the rumored November release of Apple TV app on PS4, simultaneous to the PS5 release which has the app installed out of the box, so I can watch it on my TV..
Apple TV app is now available in the “outgoing” and new Xbox and PlayStation consoles. But since there’s still no electricity here I cannot download it yet for my PS4. https://www.cultofmac.com/727739/apple-tv-app-playstation-4-5/
New firmware update for Apple TV. They’ve finally added a separate tab for Apple TV+ contents in the Apple TV App. It’s no longer as confusing as previously where are all movies including the paid ones are in one app.
Hmmmm how do you check when exactly the free subscription ends? Sorry can't seem to find it in the app. Thanks!
Not sure how to see it in the app but on ios devices you can check in Settings > Your Name in your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Apple TV+ Edit. On iPhone app Go to Your Profile Pic > Manage Subscriptions And on On Playstion 4 app Gear Icon > Accounts > Manage Subscriptions So it should be something similar on the apps from other platforms.
i'm on a paid subscription which kinda sucks since every time you buy a new apple device, you get 1 year free. I haven't been able to avail any of my free subs.
Mm...Ted Lasso, Greyhound, Little America, the nature documentaries and Mythic Quest are reasons for me to consider paid subscription. However, Apple has to increase its output of quality shows to push me towards paid subscription. Foundation could be the dealmaker.
With the pandemic it's multiple times harder for them to do that and likely new seasons of these shows will be delayed. Though I read about Mystic Quest already shooting for next season. But it seems to be in a bit of controversy because of rise in covid cases (and some crews testing positive?) in the general area where they are shooting, while producer (guy who plays Ian) claims there were no confirmed transmissions yet during filming.
Downloaded at home and then watched Wolfwalkers while I was in ER for my check up. It had a great story, kinda Studio Gibli-ish. Hope they make more original animated films like this. I also saw the Charlie Brown Christmas special though that one did not quite capture the spirit I was wishing it'd make me feel this season.
