Hi and good day PhilMug members! I got a small problem here on a 2nd hand MBP I bought. Everything's well but when I had to update iPhoto and iMovie it shows: update unavailable with this apple ID. When I deleted the app, there's already a cost for it in the store. How can I possibly solve this? Can purchases be transferred or should I ask for the previous owner's Apple ID? Thanks in advanced!
If it were me I would likely wipe the drive and do a clean system install, which should bring those apps back.
Oh okay. The seller already formatted the laptop before handling to me but it seems like her apple ID is still attached.. Would you know how will I do the clean system install? Thank you!
