So I have two parcels from Apple. I’ve received a notification that they are already forwarded for delivery but then I got notified that it’s “Shipment on hold” and it has been like that for a week now. If you have the same status like mine, you should contact DHL na lang. I was told that the two parcels are already with WExpress and it’s on it’s way. I live in a province in Mindanao so I was really concerned about the status of my parcels. I think DHL forgot to update my status. You should just go and call DHL to ease ourselves.

From Visayas here. Do they hold it for a long time before sending it to our provinces? About how many days naman? Mine just got handed off to delivery courier from customs this morning.

Also, has someone from outside Luzon received their packages? Please post your tracking if meron hehe

I don’t really have an idea why it will take so long for our products to arrive outside Luzon but I think it’s because of our current situation and all the flights will prioritize all necessities like food and medical supplies for hospitals that’s why they will hold our products for long. My first parcel was on hold after the clearance for a week while the second one was on hold for almost a week that’s why I called DHL and said that they are on it’s way to my location and is handled by WExpress. You should just try to call them na lang if yours will take too long.

    Hayyy.
I ordered MBA and it's on the way.
Tapos ngayon ko lang nalaman na binilhan pala ako ng mom ko MBP.
It's okay naman to sell MBA at the same price sa store right?

Hi guys! When your tracking says "Shipment on Hold" It's most likely in transit from "With delivery courier(which is the service point that received ur package first when it got cleared from customs)" to the next destination. If you're from visayas or mindanao. it's gonna take more than one "with delivery courier" and " shipment on hold" before it gets to the point where ur package will reach the last destination which is the branch near you who will deliver your package. For every service point it reaches it's gonna say "shiment on hold" and "delivery courier".

With delivery courier = received at service point
Shipment on hold = in transit to a next service point

I've came to this conclusion after calling twice. I called them when it went "shipment on hold" they said it's in transit to the next destination. and then i called again when it said again "with delivery courier" and indeed it moved to another service point.

When the tracking says "shipment on hold" and manila is the location it shows u. it's not necessarily in manila...
