We are going to have my aunt's Late 2012 iMac 21.5 inch upgraded with an SSD and 16GB RAM but does anyone have an idea how much Beyond the Box BHS typically charges for that? We already bought the parts. Also do you need to pay like an initial deposit? Been having a hard time trying to call them to ask.

i think 1500 for diagnostics, so maybe around that much for such services.

Is their service center back up? I want to have my Macbook looked at. Last year I was told by PMC in Clark that I might be entitled to a free keyboard replacement because the butterfy keyboard sucks.
