Feels bad for non-iPhone users cause they wouldn’t know if somebody is tracking them using Airtag.

Wonder how much data will it consumes when uploading location to iCloud from other’s iPhone via Bluetooth.

Same plus maybe travel bag when we can travel again. Have to either use some kind of adhesive I guess or put a case on the remote if it's the remote for  tv?

Mm…an Airtag that has been separated for a certain period of time from its owner will play a sound to alert non-iPhone user that an Airtag is nearby. This is part of the anti-stalking feature of Airtag.

If only you could adjust the 3days delay alert to a lesser value. Basically you can stalk someone for 3days before the sound alert will trigger. Or if someone will be smart enough to soundproof the tracker or desolder the speaker.

Does anyone know if the leather rings / case for airtags come only 1 pc per item? It’s more expensive than the tag itself if yes

I think its best use might be weld it inside the car, other uses has cheaper smart tags around
next is plant it inside the head of your husband (that you dont trust lang, hehe)

Mm…for car tracking, attach the Airtag at the back of the rearview mirror. Use reuseable Blu Tack putty as adhesive. Not necessarily as a anti-carnapping device but very useful as a car finder inside a parking building or lot for those who forgot where they parked. We ve all experienced that one time or another. Theoretically, maximum range of bluetooth is 100 meters direct line of sight. I think it will work.

edit: one time nung bago pa megamall, I forgot the floor and the slot where I parked my car. So, nag around the world ako sa parking building. 5 floor sweep. Took me 45 minutes to find it. Half the time I thought na carnap na. Since that time, I always make it a point to make a mental note of the first store that I see upon entry. Never happened again.

I told my wife that I would buy her AirTags so she can keep track of her reading glasses.
Her reply, Don't buy me those, because my glasses are much cheaper and I can buy many for the price of that gadget.

    Nerdness foiled, once again

Air tags for my wallet and keys to cut the time running around looking for these things. But those loops are even more expensive than the air tag!

Mm…I m sure that Apple just created another third party cottage industry to make tags, from cheap to expensive.
