the update says that you can now have a toolbar devoted for Buzz/Nudge... but mine still doesnt have one after the update. Strange...
@shutterbug: You might have to customize the toolbar. I see an item there for "Send notification" which looks like a smiley that's being *buzzed*.

downloaded adium. thanks alistair for the tip on where to find the buzz. @shutterbug: let me help you re customizing toolbar. open a chat window on any of your online contacts, then click select VIEW from the Adium menu on top, then you will find Customize Toolbar. A box will appear containing toolbars for the chat window then select the Smiley icon with 'Send Notification' title. That is the buzzer icon. It will appear on the chat window. HTH.
From the Adium menu, click Preference then click Accounts. on the lower left-hand corner click on the + icon and then choose Google Talk on the drop down menu. Then under the Accounts tab, input your Gmail email add and your password. Click OK and adium will connect you instantly to your gmail google talk. HTH.
wow didnt notice they had 1.1.1 out so fast. i tried the autodownloader a while ago and it said 1.1's the newest version. then again, i think adium's auto-download was havin a bit of a problem back then according to their site.

can we make a call between google talk via adium in mac to other googetalk users (installed in PC) via adium?
probably not because i could not find any Call functions/features/selection from the menu or anywhere else in Google Talk.
i just started to use this app and i think it's great.. particularly "tabbed" dialogues and translucent background settings. galing! tks for the heads up about the update!
