Does anyone know of an accounting/business program for small to medium sized businesses that can be used by macs? Similar to MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) software for PCs.

I am using MYOB (Philippine version) on my PC

Just wondering if the MYOB and Quickbooks Pro for Mac is a Philippine version or US version?

Am also looking for a good personal finance software for Mac. Haven't had good feedback with Quicken. Also important for the program to be able to handle multiple currencies (Pesos for example)

MYOB and Quickbooks Pro are US version. I am not sure if MYOB AccountEdge can read MYOB PC files. Just check their website and download the trial version if you want to get more info.

Sorry for the multiple posts but I think mentioning this on all threads that mentions MYOB will help Mac users find a localized version of MYOB. I'm was looking for a multiplatform accounting app so I dug up info on the local MYOB distributor from the MYOB Asia site.

    PHILIPPINES
    BCS Systems & Technologies, Inc.
    2A H&M Building,
    13-15 Linaw Street,
    Sta Mesa Heights,
    Quezon City, Philippines.
    Phone : (632) 448 5128-34
    Fax No : (632) 712 6446
    Email : [email protected]

Called them and they said the Mac version will have to come from Australia and they may not be able to give support for Mac-specific problems. I assume though that the Mac version isnt too different and the localized files developed for Windows can be read by the Mac version.

I need an accounting software myself and have set me eyes on MYOB Accountedge. My concern is that our office has mixed Windows-Mac network. Any accounting software that can be used on either OS at the same time?
