Is any local shops selling keyboard protectors and snap-on cases for the late 2008 Macbook Pro?
the keyboard protector is the same as the one for the MacBook Air... for snap-on cases I don't think its available yet.. even the sleeves are not yet available...
I tried the Macbook Air's protector and the buttons are bigger than Macbook Pro. I recently discovered that Macbook works with the unibody.
When I bought my MBP at iStudio they gave me the a keyboard protector for free and it's for the Macbook Air (although I have not used it yet, but their demo unit uses the same protector)
Yup the Macbook Air Keysaver from Capdase fits the new Macbooks and MBPs
will try the other brands as well and post here the results
Any chance that this sleeve is already available locally? It's from Water Field.
Temporarily I am using MacTop's Keyboard Skin from my MBP on my MacBook. It's not a perfect fit but at least I have something. I just remove it when I close the lid so it wont have direct contact on the screen.
Of course, got it from Pods, Trinoma.
Sorry for the poor pictures.
I noticed that oil shows up too easily on the black keys.
are there avail radtech sleeves for the new macbookpro?
what good brand for external mic and earphone? i have difficulty with the internal mic and echoes with skype.
Just to add...will the screen protector from the previous MB models fit the the one? Screen size is the same at 13.3".
are silicon keyboard skins safe on our LCDs when they are closed? or is it better if i remove the skin after? medyo hassle lang tho...
IMHO, better remove it especially if you don't have a screen protector. Or you can use that silver foam-like cover muna if you don't want to remove the keyboard skin (that's what I do )
I tried the previous macbook screen protector on the new one and it's too small. It does cover the viewable screen but the black outline is left out. I guess they will be coming out with the new screen protector (and track pad protector) for the new macbook.
Hehehe I thought I was the only one who uses the silver-foam on top of the keyboard skin
im sure it wont, yup they have the same viewable screen size but the new Macbook/Pro has a much bigger screen overall because of the glass in front/top of it.
Should I put a keyboard protector for my macbook?
what's a nice brand of silicon keyboard and how much are they?
Anyone know where Zagg/InvisibleShield can be bought locally for the new MB/MBP? I know it can be purchased at their website but it takes about a month for one to be delivered to a Phil. address.
butcher - capdase (spelling???) is a nice keyboard protector. I got mine when i bought my MB. Ok siya. They have the clear/white one and the darker one.
skinhead - yeah it doesn't fit. tried it kanina sa DW VMall. Only the viewable screen is covered by the protector.
I'd like the original, iSkin. please!
anybody know where I can get a shaggymac screen protector locally?
