If this is too OT please delete. Sabine Schmitz passed away https://www.roadandtrack.com/news/a35862597/sabine-schmitz-queen-of-the-nurburgring-has-died/ One of the few who can make Jeremy Clarkson shut up.
We will see how the Mercedes will perform this coming weekend here in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Now that a Mercedes DAS has been outlawed.
More than the actual championship battle, what could be interesting are the intra-team battles: Danny Ric v Lando Charles v Carlos Mick v Nikita Pierre v Yuki
No tickets from the office this time for Bahrain GP Season. Precaution as they say is better than cure. Let's get this race started. This is the last scenario I watched live in Bahrain. https://thumbs.gfycat.com/SinfulQuickKiwi-mobile.mp4
One of my takeaways from the 1st Qualifying session is that the Top 7 are separated by less than a second. Which really shows that the midfield has really pulled in quite a bit. Hoping for an exciting race!
The star of qualifying - first GP back and into Q3, welcome back Fernando. Another eye opener - Tokyo Drift Tsunoda's lap in Q1.
Still a HAM-VER-BOT ending but different. It was super exciting. Great start to the season. More of this please. Good haul from McLaren and Ferrari. Tsunoda scoring on his first race while Mazepin’s race ended after 3 corners.
His daddy’s cash is for sure. I think that’s the only thing he brings to F1. The F1 pundits don’t sound like he’s skilled enough to be in F1.
Spinning on the first lap of your first-ever F1 race is a rite of passage for most rookie drivers. In fact, these things can happen even to veteran drivers (hello, Seb!). Let's give him a chance. Maybe see how he fares after his maiden season.
We’re back racing! Mazespin is also back with a spin to start FP1 and another to bring out the red flags. (Sorry, really not a fan hahaha)
Will Mazepin be his asshole self in F1? He is such a crass crybaby with his daddy's dirty money in tow. I wonder how this will affect the dynamics in Haas. I am looking forward at Sainz's performance in Ferrari and he looks solid if fp. Of all the rookies this year, it is Tsunoda that looks to perform more consistently. I do hope Mick will perform good and a lot of people are looking forward to that.
